2025 in Review: Thank You for Being with Lam Tak

As we come to the close of 2025 and enter the holiday season, we would like to take this opportunity to reflect on the year behind us and extend our sincere appreciation for your continued trust, support, and partnership.

A Year of Steady Growth and Progress

2025 has been a meaningful and rewarding year for Lam Tak. Demand for our Persiapan Susu untuk Pakan (MPF) products has continued to grow steadily across the market. In response, we placed stronger emphasis on enhancing our operational efficiency and strengthening our quality control processes to meet the rising expectations of our valued clients.

We are also proud to share the successful launch of our new calf milk replacer, Ultragrow, marking another important milestone in our product development journey and reinforcing our commitment to innovation in animal nutrition.

Firsts That Mark New Chapters

This year also brought several “firsts” for Lam Tak.

After many years in the Asian feed supply chain, 2025 marked our first time exhibiting at the prestigious VIV Asia exhibition in Bangkok. Over three incredibly busy and rewarding days at VIV Asia 2025, we showcased our circular feed solutions and had the opportunity to connect, engage, and exchange valuable insights with industry partners, clients, and visitors from across the region. We truly appreciate everyone who visited our booth, and we look forward to reconnecting again at the next VIV Asia in two years’ time.

Expanding Our Global Supply Network

Beyond our established sourcing from Singapore, we successfully expanded our supply portfolio this year with premium-quality wheat bran of Angolan origin, introduced to the Asian market. We are pleased to have closed our first deal recently, marking a promising start for this new supply channel.

In addition, while we continue supplying milk products to Korea, we have also begun sourcing and introducing high-quality Korean fish meal to the Southeast Asian aquaculture feed industry. This premium fish meal is produced from aquaculture-derived flatfish by-products, offering a sustainable and cost-competitive alternative to traditional fish meal sourced from wild-caught fish—without compromising on quality. This initiative helps reduce dependency on wild fisheries while supporting more responsible aquaculture practices.

Reinforcing Our Commitment to Circularity

This year, we also refreshed our corporate tagline to Maximising Value in the Circular Food Chain.” This reflects our ongoing commitment to transforming factory food waste and off-spec ingredients into valuable, affordable feed products. By keeping nutrients within the food chain, we help reduce landfill waste and associated emissions, contributing to a more sustainable future.

Beyond sourcing and processing food manufacturing by-products, Lam Tak actively trades distressed food ingredient cargo and engages in marine salvage recovery on a global scale. More recently, we have begun exploring opportunities in the recovery of Used Cooking Oil (UCO), as well as rejected vegetable oil and palm oil cargo. If you come across any surplus, distressed, salvage, or abandoned food- or oil-related cargo, please do not hesitate to reach out—we would be pleased to explore potential collaboration opportunities.

Looking Ahead with Gratitude

On behalf of the entire Lam Tak family, we sincerely thank you for the trust and collaboration you have shown us throughout the year. Your partnership has played an important role in our progress, and we truly value the opportunity to grow together.

As the year-end holidays approach, we wish you and your loved ones a joyful and restful festive season. May 2026 bring you continued success, good health, and new opportunities for shared growth.

Thank you once again for being an integral part of our journey.
