outgoing product quality verifications), identify defects &amp; root causes within production line.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct investigations on all quality issues and initiate Corrective &amp; Preventive measures for quality and production improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to implement quality assurance system, provide prompt feedback to customer and customer queries to ensure the food safety of the product as well meets the customer requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Revising and updating the documents\/manual whenever there are changes in the procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Discuss with Operation Director the internal changes necessary to improve productivity and food safety.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage new product development and documentations\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with government agencies and external testing laboratory on product testing and conduct sampling.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to safety observation, improvement ideas and 5S activities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monthly pest control inspection and liaise with external pest control service.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all machine&#8217;s SOP and its sanitation programs are documented properly to ease future reference.<\/li>\n<li>To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must possess at least Bachelor&#8217;s Degree\/ Post Graduate Diploma\/ Professional Degree in Food Technology\/ Food Science or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of working experience in QAQC department (preferably in food manufacturing).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in quality auditing and documentation in GMP.
