Maintain a high level of checking and reporting back, and initiate action where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental PIC to understand skills and competencies required for openings.<\/li>\n<li>Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Plan &amp; organize staff engagement activities i.e. Teambuilding, Birthday, Dinner, etc. to foster a positive workplace culture.<\/li>\n<li>Provides administrative support for the day-to-day activities of office operations (staff travel arrangements, IT support, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Develop training plan and development programs<\/li>\n<li>Assist in performance management processes<\/li>\n<li>Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues<\/li>\n<li>Apply &amp; renew foreign workers work permit for Malaysia &amp; Singapore company.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for expatriate employment pass renewal.<\/li>\n<li>Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure policy is adhered to the Employment Act for Malaysia &amp; Singapore country<\/li>\n<li>Support administrative task when required<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc task as assigned by the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree\/Diploma in Human Resource\/Business Administration, or relevant field;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 7 years\u2019 experience in Human Resource Management<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin will be an advantage)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR functions (pay &amp;
