Job Description
  • Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair & maintenance, insurance renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment, etc.
  • Monitors administrative expenses incurred against the approved budget.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and prepare documentation for new applications/renewals of the company’s licenses/permits.
  • Maintain a proper record & movement of the office fixed assets.
  • Overall in charge of administration matters.
  • Assist in production forecast and timely purchase of packing and raw materials.
  • Undertake all sourcing/purchasing activities for non-supplies items and administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with supplier for enquiries, price negotiation, contracts and credit terms.
  • Involve in Cost Management and Costing Calculation.
  • Serve as main in-house IT support for various level of users in a timely and effective manner.
  • Serve as primary contact with vendors in contract and agreement management, and MIS for all systems operations and maintenance.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or any other tasks assigned/required by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • At least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Knowledge and Experience in IT will be an added advantage
