Job Description
LinkedIn Content & IP Management: Manage and maintain the LinkedIn presence of key stakeholders (CEO, Sales, and Supply teams) to drive brand visibility and connection growth. Schedule and coordinate regular engagement posts and messages to keep the network informed about our offerings.
Lead Management & Follow-up: Monitor and respond to enquiries from the company website and social media platforms. Update, segment and maintain the customer lead database accurately for follow-up and schedule e-newsletter campaign.
Market & Supplier Research: Assist the supply and sales team by conducting online research to identify potential suppliers and customers through industry websites, B2B trading platforms, and online directories.
Website Content Management: Support in maintaining and updating website content, ensuring alignment with current product offerings, branding, and SEO best practices.
Marketing & Sales Event Support: Coordinate internal and external company events, such as CSR, exhibition and trade shows by managing logistics, communications, and promotional materials.
Procurement & Administrative Support: Source and collect quotations, liaise with suppliers, and assist with payment processing through the finance department.
Prepare periodic reports as required by the HOD, including LinkedIn growth summaries, analytics, and market insights.
Other Ad-hoc duties: Support any other tasks or projects assigned by the manager or management team as needed.
Job Requirements
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English. Chinese language skills would be a plus.
Proficient in using LinkedIn and understanding its algorithm, as well as Microsoft Office and the WordPress website platform.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with procurement practices, global supply markets, or B2B platforms is a plus.
Interest or experience in the agribusiness, sustainability, animal feed and food industry will be an added advantage.
