Job Description
Ensure the administration and production are running in compliance with the preset system (GMP).
To monitor product quality (In Process production inspection, incoming raw material & outgoing product quality verifications), identify defects & root causes within production line.
Conduct investigations on all quality issues and initiate Corrective & Preventive measures for quality and production improvement.
Responsible to implement quality assurance system, provide prompt feedback to customer and customer queries to ensure the food safety of the product as well meets the customer requirement.
Revising and updating the documents/manual whenever there are changes in the procedure.
Discuss with Operation Director the internal changes necessary to improve productivity and food safety.
Coordinate and manage new product development and documentations
Liaise with government agencies and external testing laboratory on product testing and conduct sampling.
Contributes to safety observation, improvement ideas and 5S activities.
Conduct monthly pest control inspection and liaise with external pest control service.
Ensure all machine’s SOP and its sanitation programs are documented properly to ease future reference.
To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in QAQC department (preferably in food manufacturing).
Experience in quality auditing and documentation in GMP. Additional knowledge and experience in HACCP, ISO and FSSC are advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work independently, proactive, self-motivated, has analytical thinking and problems solving skill.
Good written and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
