    Job Description

      • Ensure the administration and production are running in compliance with the preset system (GMP).
      • To monitor product quality (In Process production inspection, incoming raw material & outgoing product quality verifications), identify defects & root causes within production line.
      • Conduct investigations on all quality issues and initiate Corrective & Preventive measures for quality and production improvement.
      • Responsible to implement quality assurance system, provide prompt feedback to customer and customer queries to ensure the food safety of the product as well meets the customer requirement.
      • Revising and updating the documents/manual whenever there are changes in the procedure.
      • Discuss with Operation Director the internal changes necessary to improve productivity and food safety.
      • Coordinate and manage new product development and documentations 
      • Liaise with government agencies and external testing laboratory on product testing and conduct sampling.
      • Contributes to safety observation, improvement ideas and 5S activities.
      • Conduct monthly pest control inspection and liaise with external pest control service.
      • Ensure all machine’s SOP and its sanitation programs are documented properly to ease future reference.
      • To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time. 

      Job Requirements

        • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science or equivalent.
        • At least 5 years of working experience in QAQC department (preferably in food manufacturing).
        • Experience in quality auditing and documentation in GMP. Additional knowledge and experience in HACCP, ISO and FSSC are advantage.
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work independently, proactive, self-motivated, has analytical thinking and problems solving skill.
        • Good written and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
