Supporting Regional BDM for all region’s (ASEAN) for after-sales activities.
Assist Regional BDM with sales contract issuing after-sales finish negotiating and verify all details.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production team, logistic team, purchasing team, and document support team to make sure all the supports are aligned with the shipment plan.
Issue internal forms to required departments.
Handling orders with accuracy and timeliness (both manufacture orders or trading orders).
Monitor customer’s payment in terms of prepayment or balance payment schedule.
Raise and discuss with Regional BDM for any risk or issue during the operation.
Discuss with each Regional BDM in terms of customer issues, operation issues or other issues that could be improved for efficiency and cost-saving quarterly or when needed.
Support and monitor related sales reports requested by Regional BDM weekly, monthly or quarterly.
Discuss customer complaints with Regional BDM for solutions.
Support Regional BDM for trader’s commission monitoring payment.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Communication Skills, Self-motivated, independent and aggressive, able to prioritize multi-task, and good interpersonal skill
