Full Spectrum of HR Functions
Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data and preparing summaries of earnings including tax report. Maintain a high level of checking and reporting back, and initiate action where necessary.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental PIC to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Plan & organize staff engagement activities i.e. Teambuilding, Birthday, Dinner, etc. to foster a positive workplace culture.
Provides administrative support for the day-to-day activities of office operations (staff travel arrangements, IT support, etc.).
Develop training plan and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues
Apply & renew foreign workers work permit for Malaysia & Singapore company.
Responsible for expatriate employment pass renewal.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Ensure policy is adhered to the Employment Act for Malaysia & Singapore country
Support administrative task when required
Ad hoc task as assigned by the management.
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration, or relevant field;
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin will be an advantage)
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
Well known with Industrial Relations Act 1967
