    Job Description
    Full Spectrum of HR Functions

      • Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data and preparing summaries of earnings including tax report. Maintain a high level of checking and reporting back, and initiate action where necessary.
      • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
      • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
      • Facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental PIC to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
      • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
      • Plan & organize staff engagement activities i.e. Teambuilding, Birthday, Dinner, etc. to foster a positive workplace culture.
      • Provides administrative support for the day-to-day activities of office operations (staff travel arrangements, IT support, etc.).
      • Develop training plan and development programs
      • Assist in performance management processes
      • Support the management on disciplinary and grievance issues
      • Apply & renew foreign workers work permit for Malaysia & Singapore company.
      • Responsible for expatriate employment pass renewal.
      • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
      • Ensure policy is adhered to the Employment Act for Malaysia & Singapore country
      • Support administrative task when required
      • Ad hoc task as assigned by the management.

      Job Requirements

        • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration, or relevant field;
        • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Human Resource Management
        • Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin will be an advantage)
        • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
        • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
        • Well known with Industrial Relations Act 1967
        • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
        • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
        • Strong ethics and reliability
